Ordering & Payment
Yes, our website is protected by hCaptcha and uses secure payment processing.
We accept various payment methods, including TWINT, PayPal, and credit cards.
Contact care@vanto.ch immediately. We'll try to accommodate changes if the order hasn't been processed.
If you need to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at care@vanto.ch with:
- your order number
- the old and new address
Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
We offer free shipping within Switzerland. International shipping is free for orders over CHF 120.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We process orders as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy.
Please notify us in advance by email at care@vanto.ch with your order number.
Please ensure that the item:
- is in its original condition
- is unworn and unused
- is in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Earrings purchased on sale are excluded from exchange and return, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order cancellations are generally not possible. In exceptional cases, cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been processed.

Alternatively, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it (see Returns).
Returns are possible if:
- the items were purchased online
- you are within the return period (see Return Policy)

If the items were purchased in a store, they must be returned there.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
Please note that inspection may take a few days. Thank you for your patience.
Items purchased in a physical store must be returned to the respective store.

Our pieces are made from:

Yes! Our commitment to sustainability includes:
- Using recycled materials, our recycled acrylic glass produces 70% less CO2 emissions compared to virgin acrylic
- Practising zero-waste manufacturing
- Sourcing materials in Europe when possible
- Using sustainable packaging
Our jewellery is crafted locally in Switzerland:
- Laser-cut and produced in our studio in Nidau
- Assembly is partially done in collaboration with people with disabilities
- Each piece is made with care and attention to detail
Our commitment to social impact includes:
- Donating 1% of all sales to social initiatives
- Partnering with disability support organisations for product assembly
- Supporting local Swiss production
Iridescent is sold out. As this material is upcycled, we are unable to reproduce earrings made from it.
Customisation
Yes, clip-on earrings are available in the Anikó and Iluska styles. Please note that as these earrings are custom-made, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. For more information, please contact us at info@vanto.ch.

Care
Acrylic glass is fragile, so please handle the earrings with care. To clean them, use a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using alcohol or solvents, as they can damage the material, especially with iridescent and mirrored acrylic glass. Be careful with perfumes and creams that contain alcohol. We recommend that you first finish getting ready and put on the earrings last.
If your item requires repair due to a production issue, please contact us at care@vanto.ch with details about the issue and include photos. We'll assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we work with upcycled materials and may not have all colours in stock.
Our warranty covers production defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any other issues, such as cracks or breakages, will incur additional charges. Earrings will be replaced for a fee. Earrings sent in uncleaned condition will be discarded. Cracks or breakages cannot be repaired; the parts must be replaced.
If the product is still available in the shop, you can reorder a single earring.
If the design is no longer available but we still have the materials, we may be able to reproduce a single earring for you (for an additional fee).

For larger designs, earrings may feel heavy or too large.
If you notice this when trying them on for the first time, you can return them within the return period (see Return Policy).
